Introduction

Nothing bad with drawing inspiration from other PAX. I dug into the archives and pulled a beatdown that I felt would be good to bring back. The day started off brisk. I had to shake off the rust as I tried to get my cadence under control. By the end of the beatdown, PAX ended up enjoying a nice sunrise and warmer weather by the end of the beatdown.

Naked Man Moleskin

Often times, I struggle with retreating into my own world when I post. It’s a dangerous place to be in. I have a tendency to lose track of my goals and F3’s Fitness aspect. It’s easy to not push ourselves when no one is watching. Today, I asked PAX to remember the fitness component and to push themselves. Leaders of the pack, take a look back and see if there is someone that you can build up, motivate and encourage. For the 6, find a PAX to keep up with or set a personal goal when you post.
