I think we all underestimated mother nature today. It was -4 degrees, -13 with wind chill at the time of our beatdown. I made some adjustments to my routine and I think we overcame that initial burning sensation in our fingers.

In coming up with this workout, I was reading that a good way to focus on loosing your belly was to start with weightlifting to max out the muscles and finishing with running. The run makes it difficult at the end because you have to give that extra push to get through it. We all need that extra push in many areas of our lives: patience with our wives and kids, patience on the job, patience with our own goals. Whatever it is, it can be achieved so long as you give it your all and push through.
