Introduction
Don’t let the title fool you, there were not many Big Boy’s involved. That title is there only because the compliment came from Elmer Fudd that this workout was indeed designed for the grown-ups and that he approved. That was high praise in my book.

The Thang
The weather report wasn’t great the night before this workout, so I designed it to have a good portion of the workout in the Pavillion (which we all know is French for tent). A few weeks ago, E.T. had a similar workout he had set up and I knew it would be a good fit.
Here it was:
40 OHP, 40 Dips, 40 Curls, 40 Chest press then one lap around the lower loop (approx 1/4 mile).
We followed that up with rounds of 30, 20 then 10. When finished, start climbing the ladder back up 20, 30, 40.
Mary was leg lifts, big boys and plank until 6:00.
Circle of Trust
COT was a rerun of my COT I had last week at El Zorro. Since none of the attending pax were repeats, it was new content for all. The message was simply that we don’t challenge our kids enough. They are capable of doing many tasks that we consider “adult” tasks. They enjoy learning new things and you can enjoy the fact that they are: 1)Showing that eventually contribute to society, 2) Lightening your load of tasks, and 3)Pulling their weight for living in the house.
Naked Man Moleskin
There was a guy out for a walk with his dog. He had a flashlight on and I thought it was Bozo. So I just off-handedly said, “Are there a lot of worms on the paths today?” I am not sure that was what he expected to hear asked/commented to him from our group this morning.
