RUN CLUB
THE SCENE:
The Arrowhead – 29 degrees. Windy and brisk. Clear morning.

WARM UP:
15 Tappy Taps (IC)
20 SSH (IC)
Frankensteins to Middle of lot and back

THANG 1:
Form pace groups & GO. 15 Minutes out, 15 minutes back in. Groups that finish before others will stretch at the flag till the 6 returns.

MARY:
High Plank/Low Plank (alternate 10 counts or about 2 min.)

NoR & CoT & PRAYER:
5 Pax were present – Mini Me (QIC), Dr. Evil, Kenny G., Mr. Ed, and Coat Factory. Reminder that this Wednesday is #F3MentalBattle that focuses on suicide prevention and depression. Dr. Evil blessed our day and called on all pax to be leaders this week in all areas. He urged us to not succumb to the current culture infatuation with laziness and self indulgence. 3 pax attended coffeeteria at Starbucks. Good luck to Coat Factory on his upcoming interview!
