Kenny G. and Mini Me got their ruck game going on a brisk Friday morning. Quick leg and core warmup preceded the hike to the train station from The Arrowhead. We stopped at the courthouse to do squats and stair runs for a few minutes before heading back to the Arrowhead for Mary and CoT. Easter is here! Rejoice in the beauty of the Resurrection!
