Arrowhead’s first RuckClub! We started with Frankenstein’s and Good Mornings. I gave @Mini-Me a tour of Geneva. We rucked downtown. Did relay stair climbs and squats at the courthouse. Window shopped all the boutiques. Our guess is we Rucked a total of 1.5-2 miles. And ended with Ab-Ril Challenge for our Mary. COT at Starbucks. Come out next Friday, Good Friday, for our next Ruck Club!
