Mosey to 3rd Street. Run loops from Main Street down to train station and back until 5:43. Mosey back to Arrowhead flag. Finish with 25 Pullups on the playground.

Consistency is the key to progress. As Dave Ramsey’s book says, the everyday millionaire is not made overnight. This concept applies to all areas of our lives as well…relationships, fitness, career… they all prosper with patience and consistency. Our culture tells us that consistency is boring, but F3 men know better than that. We know the real strength comes in making the solid choices for ourselves and our families day in and day out. Stay consistent, men! We prayed for the ability to remain consistent in our lives and for the kids in the Illinois Safe Families program, who have been at the forefront of several pax’s minds lately.

2 for Coffeeteria, where a bizarre scene unfolded before our eyes. It is not really describable, except to say that the scene ended with the Starbucks wheelchair guy being pulled down 3rd St. from a rope sticking out of the trunk of a tie-dyed car.
