The Thang
Everywhere we went we Indian Ran. We started in parking lot and ran to the bridge we stopped at the entrance and did 2 rounds of 25 merkins and ran to middle then 25 LBCs Rinse and repeat x2. Once the group was finished we continue on the bridge to the other side the toilet bowl. Here we did a Dora this consisted of 100 merkins 200 squats and 300 OH claps the other partner ran up the steep side and down the stairs. Once the group was finished here we Indian ran all the way back to lot where we finished with blocktonamo Bay- one push up in middle when rest of group held coupons out and middle guy pushed the coupons down.
