Thang 1: 11’s up the hill by the entrance of the park. Burpee’s and Plank Jacks

Thang 2: In the parking lot in a circle. Tabata. 1:20 Work and 20 seconds rest. We did the following exercises: Blockies, Heel touches, O/H Press, Merkins, Curls, American Hammer, I am not worthy, Shoulder taps and Blockies.

Theme was Improvement. I asked after the workout what I did well and what areas can I improve. Received feedback and suggested everyone request this feedback as they do Q’s.
