Thang 1: Run to bridge and do 11’s. Plank Jacks and Squats
Mosey back to parking lot
Thang 2: Four cones set up around the parking lot. One with Coupons and you did one exercise and then ran or on one you bear crawled to the other cone.
Cone 1: 10 blockies, 20 Curls, 20 Overheads and run
Cone 2: 20 Merkins, 20 Side Planks, 20 Squats and bear crawl
Cone 3: 20 Lunges, 20 Dips, 20 heal touches
Cone 4: 20 Big Boys, 20 Leg lifts, 20 American hammers
Warm-Down: Shoulder taps and Leg Lifts

Discussed still working out my schedule with Retirement and still in the vacation phase, but I know have a few projects planned around the house that will challenge me and signed up to be a CASA volunteer. Enjoying the family and still need a better routine.
