Thang 2: Tabata with 1:20 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. We did the following: blockies, merkins, Plank Jacks, O/H press, Squats, Murder Bunnies, Heal touches, Mountain Climbers, Curls, Big boys, and more blockies.

Definition of Challenge: Something that needs great mental or physical effort in in order to be done successfully and therefore test a person’s ability. Instigation intended to convince a person to perform and action they otherwise would not perform. We need to consistently challenge ourselves to be better men, husbands, fathers, grandfathers and do not become compliant and relaxed. We need to always have a new challenge.
