As of last night, the weather had it at 30 degrees at start time. What a lie! It was windy and moderately cold. We did not want a repeat of our last sub-zero temperature. Had to keep PAX moving to keep us warm. By the end of our beatdown, I couldn’t have asked for anything better, “Noodles, I take back every nice thing I said about you”. That’s perhaps the best compliment one can get while on Q.

We began our routine with a mosey around the AO. We ended up at the NW corner of the parking lot.
PAX began with some Dan Taylors x7: 1 squat/4 lunges, 2 squat/8 lunges until reaching 7 squats/28 lunges.
